At Bayes Impact, we use technology to build a fairer and more inclusive society. Our non-profit builds citizen-led public services: open-source solutions that address societal issues, built by citizens, for citizens.
Over the years, we have coached 300,000+ jobseekers with our AI employment coaching technology, Bob, which we are launching in multiple countries. We have helped make police violence transparent in California with URSUS, a tool used by 800+ police agencies. We have also helped notify 2M+ at-risk contacts of Covid-19 with our privacy-friendly contact tracing alternative BriserLaChaine.
We are a small team of open-minded, driven, egalitarian people who think there’s more to life than ad targeting algorithms and whatever messaging app kids will use next week. We are always looking for talented, big-hearted data scientists and software engineers who are hungry for hard problems that uplift real human beings.
